Item delivery last Tuesday. Tried it on and it didnt fit, comes up quite small. Lovely well made coat but just doesnt fit. On same day requested a return through the return portal, said i would receive a label through by email, got nothing. Repeated process the next day, 25th June, heard nothing back. So i emailed the sales email directly explaing i wanted to return it and please send me a label. Still had heard othing by the 28th June so sent an email saying it isnt really acceptable to ignore me for a week, please start the return by 5pm Monday 30th June or i will put the payment in dispute with the card issuer which was used to pay. It is now 4:52pm on the 30th June, miracles do happen but i cant see me getting it in the next 8 minutes. Woeful customer service, would avoid like the plague.
Great looking retro styled gloves. The fabric on the top surface allows for good ventilation when going at speed. Also they make a nice change from the other black gloves out there. Sizing is true to size and the delivery time was very quick.
Well made and really comfy with a AAA safety rating, they look amazing on. If in doubt about sizes, lay out a pair of jeans you currently own that you like the fit of, measure the waist in cm and go with the size guide measurements as it’s bang on. Works perfectly as there’s no stretch.
